If you have ever been interested in Cambridge history or are visiting Cambridge and want to learn more about this historic city you are in luck.  This Saturday is the last day of the Cambridge Discovery Tours:  From the Ground Up event.  Tomorrow on August 15th the Historic Cambridge Collaborative concludes this free assemblage of tours and events around the city.

Tours start as early as 10:30am and include The Longfellow National Historic Site, The Old Cambridge Burial Grounds and the historic Mount Auburn Cemetery just to name a few.  We are lucky to have a variety of experts on Cambridge History giving these tours.  Sadly I missed the first day of this which took place last Saturday but most of the tours are the same.

For more details visit the Cambridge City Website.
